建筑磚砌體裂縫的原因及其防治方法.doc

建筑磚砌體裂縫不僅種類(lèi)繁多，形態(tài)各異，而且較普遍，輕微者影響建筑物美觀，造成滲漏水，嚴(yán)重者降低建筑結(jié)構(gòu)的承載力、剛度、穩(wěn)定和整體性、耐久性，甚至還會(huì)導(dǎo)致整體倒塌的重大質(zhì)量事故。因此，正確分析原因、切實(shí)加以防治十分必要，十分迫切。現(xiàn)就筆者多年的工程質(zhì)量監(jiān)督實(shí)踐談幾點(diǎn)本地區(qū)常見(jiàn)建筑磚砌體裂縫查處的體會(huì)。
Cracks in brickwork is not only a wide range of shapes and sizes, and more common, slight affect building aesthetics, resulting in leakage of water, severe reduction in the capacity of building structure, stiffness, stability and integrity, durability, and even will in the total collapse of the major quality problems. Therefore, the correct analysis of the reasons, the effective prevention and control is necessary to be very urgent.
