為提高監督工作質量，增加透明度，使監督工作制度化、程序化，根據國務院《建設工程質量管理條例》和國家有關建設法規、強制性標準，制定南京奧體中心工程質量監督工作方案，請建設各方配合執行。由于目前所出具的設計圖紙只到樁基工程，基礎、主體、屋面、裝飾、設備安裝等工程的監督重點，待其圖紙到位后另行制定。
