本措施適用于10~13層（含10層、13層），抗震設防烈度為6度、7度，帶有一層地下室（非人防設計），結構體系采用短肢剪力墻–一般剪力墻（不得采用純短肢剪力墻）鋼筋混凝土結構的小高層住宅結構設計。不包括帶轉換層結構和多塔樓結構。
This measure applies to 10 to 13 layers (with 10 layers, 13 layers), the seismic intensity of 6 degrees, 7 degrees, with a layer of the basement (non-air defense design), with short shear wall structural systems - general wall (not pure short-limb shear wall) reinforced concrete structure design of small high-rise residential structures. Does not include multi-layer structure with conversion tower structure.
