頂棚抹灰層脫落事故分析及處理.doc

  某6層商用綜合樓，混凝土框架整體式樓（屋）蓋結構。結構為C25商品混凝土，用多層膠合木模板成型，脫模劑采用乳化廢機油。其二、三層為洗衣、凈菜業務用房，結構構件處于潮濕大氣環境。為防止冷凝結露帶來的危害，現澆混凝土樓板頂棚面層為厚20mm 1:3水泥砂漿抹灰，涂料二度刷白。水泥砂漿采用42.5R普通硅酸鹽水泥及當地優質河砂（中砂）。抹灰層施工時間在3月中旬，而后進行樓面面層水磨石施工。事故發生時已完成二～四層水磨石地面鋪貼，但尚未進行門窗框安裝。
