一、 頂板砼混凝土澆筑完成
1、 振搗：嚴禁用振搗棒攤平，必需用木耙或平鍬攤平；注意把握振搗時間，避免浮漿太多影響強度，進而引起板面開裂，尤其是墻，柱部位，浮漿過多給施工縫剔出石子帶來困難。
2、 澆筑前應拉通線檢查板筋的標高，以避免保護層過小或鋼筋外露或面層不平。
3、 刮平：用4m大杠刮平，同時必須拉線嚴格控制平整度；局部狹小或不易操作部位用2m杠刮平。必要時應沿板面拉線，控制板面平整度偏差在5mm以內。局部泌水集中部位平整度必不合格，應嚴格控制并掃除泌水。
4、 后澆帶施工縫處保護層：應重點控制該部位澆筑厚度，終凝前認真核查，找平，確保保護層為15mm。
二次搓面：注意抹子操作方向應統一。在距筒墻和柱邊150mm寬范圍內應使用大杠，嚴格檢
