220千伏辛堤頭變電站工程達標投產復檢意見.doc.doc

為了貫徹落實國家電網公司國家電網基建[2005]255號《關于印發國家電網公司輸變電工程達標投產考核評定辦法（2005版）的通知》精神，根據開封供電公司《關于對220千伏汝陽（曙光）變電站工程達標投產復檢的請示》，河南省電力公司組織有關專家于2008年4月16日至17日在河南電網建設管理公司組織達標投產自檢基礎上進行了復檢。復檢情況報告如下：
一、工程概況
220千伏宋城（辛堤頭）變電站工程為新建工程，站址位于連霍高速公路與金明大道交口西南，占地面積約為30畝。建設規模為主變規劃容量:3×150兆伏安, 本期1×150兆伏安。220千伏出線規劃6回，本期2回，兩回出線為剖接開封火電廠∽杏花營變220KV線路，東剖接線由開杏線火電廠側進入220KV出線間隔自東向西數第一出線間隔，長度0.45千米；西剖接線由開杏線杏花營變側進入220KV出線間隔自西向東數第一出線間隔，長度0.75千米。110千伏出線規劃10回，本期3回。10千伏不對外出線，僅帶站用變和無功補償裝置。主變10千伏側配置2組7500千乏電容器。審定本工程概算總投資為6830萬元。
