銅川市耀州區柳林至照金二級公路改建工程由省計委（陜計基礎[2002]946號）批準立項，并列入年度建設計劃，是由銅川市重點公路工程建設項目管理處具體實施的建設項目。資金來源為國家補助和地市自籌，建設資金已落實。該工程起點位于耀州區柳林鎮廟咀村，接耀州區柳林二級公路，途經吳家河、張家村、胡巷村、房兒上、前河、大巖子、照金煤礦，終點止于照金煤礦礦部，路線全長19.389公里�？偼顿Y約2300萬元。
