5、目錄內(nèi)容從順序到文字表述是否與招標(biāo)文件要求一致。
6、目錄編號、頁碼、標(biāo)題是否與內(nèi)容編號、頁碼（內(nèi)容首頁）、標(biāo)題一致。
三、投標(biāo)書及投標(biāo)書附錄
7、投標(biāo)書格式、標(biāo)段、里程是否與招標(biāo)文件規(guī)定相符，建設(shè)單位名稱與招標(biāo)單位名稱是否正確。
8、報價金額是否與“投標(biāo)報價匯總表合計”、“投標(biāo)報價匯總表”、“綜合報價表”一致，大小寫是否一致，國際標(biāo)中英文標(biāo)書報價金額是否一致。
9、投標(biāo)書所示工期是否滿足招標(biāo)文件要求。
10、投標(biāo)書是否按已按要求蓋公章。
