致:湘潭至邵陽高速公路工程建設指揮部
1、在研究了上述項目第三合同段（K9+000～K10+000）的招標文件和考察了工程現場后,我們愿意按人民幣（大寫）肆佰叁拾伍萬壹仟玖佰零壹元整（￥4，351，901）的投標總價，遵照招標文件的要求承擔本合同工程的實施、完成及缺陷修復工作。
2、第三合同段K9+000～ K10+000，長1.000km，技術標準一級，有蓋板涵2座，計長103.210m，通道2座計69.880m，以及其他防護排水工程等。
3、如果你單位接受我們的投標，我們將保證在接到監理工程師的開工通知書后，在本投標書附錄內寫明的開工期內開工，并在 12個月的工期內完成本合同工程，達到合同規定的要求，該工期從本投標書附錄內寫明的開工期的最后一天算起。
4、如果你單位接受我們的投標，我們將保證按照你單位認可的條件，以本投標書附錄中寫明的金額提交履約擔保。
5、我們同意在從規定的開標之日起120天的投標文件有效期內嚴格遵守本投標書的各項承諾。在此期限屆滿之前，本投標書始終將對我方具有約束力，并隨時接受中標。
6、在合同協議書正式簽署生效之前，本投標書連同你單位的中標通知書將構成我們雙方之間共同遵守的文件，對雙方具有約束力。
7、我們理解，你單位不一定接受最低標價的投標或你單位接到的其它任何投標。同時也理解，你單位不負擔我們的任何投標費用。
8、隨同本投標書，我們出具金額為人民幣貳拾萬元的投標擔保。如果我們在本投標文件有效期內撤回投標文件；或不接受依據本須知第23條的規定對投標價算術錯誤的處理；或在接到中標通知書后的28天內未能或拒絕簽訂合同協議書；或未能提交履約保證金，你單位有權沒收投標擔保金，另選中標單位。
