填  表  須  知
 
1、工程量清單及其計價格式中所有要求簽字、蓋章的地方，必須由規定的單位和人員簽字、蓋章。
2、工程量清單及其計價格式中的任何內容不得刪除或涂改。
3、工程量清單計價格式中列明的所有需要填報的單價和合價，投標人均應填報，未填報的單價和合價，視為此項費用已包含在工程量清單的其他單價和合價中。
4、  金額（價格）均應以人民幣表示。
5、其他未說明的參見《建設工程工程量清單計價規范》（GB50500-2003）中有關規定。
6、投標工程量清單報價表按本卷《工程量清單》給出的表格順序編制。
7、各《單位工程費匯總表》不單獨列“措施項目清單計價”、“其他項目清單計價”、“規費”、“稅金”，統一匯入《單項工程費匯總表》的相應項目中。
8、在《分部分項工程量清單計價表》中，每頁的右下角均應有“本頁小計”、“截止本頁累計（指分部工程的截止本頁累計）”或“分部工程合計”。且規定工程量清單項目編碼的前6位相同即為一個分部工程，需單獨起一頁。
9、對于含有防水層內容的工程量清單項目，在填寫《分部分項工程量清單綜合單價分析表》時，除體現該項目的綜合單價分析外，同時還應體現該項目中不同防水層、不同防水找平層、不同防水保護層等各部分內容的單價分析，且細化部分的內容的字體形式為“斜體”（如：范例所示）。除上述在《分部分項工程量清單綜合單價分析表》中對不同內容進行了單價細化分析的清單項目名稱可以簡述外（但其中各部分的描述必須詳細），其它未進行細化分析清單項目名稱均不允許簡述。
