甲、乙雙方根據(jù)《中華人民共和國(guó)合同法》的有關(guān)規(guī)定，按照平等互利的原則，經(jīng)過(guò)雙方協(xié)商，就乙方向甲方承租設(shè)備特簽訂本合同。
一、租賃設(shè)備概況
二、設(shè)備使用地點(diǎn)及工程項(xiàng)目：
本租賃設(shè)備僅限于在_____________________________，用于________________________工程。
三、租賃設(shè)備的所有權(quán)和使用權(quán)：
1、甲方擁有對(duì)租賃設(shè)備的所有權(quán)。
2、乙方僅在租賃期內(nèi)在本合同規(guī)定的范圍內(nèi)擁有該租賃設(shè)備的使用權(quán)。
四、甲方為該設(shè)備配備操作手______人，由____方負(fù)責(zé)工資，工資每人每月__________元。
五、租賃期限及租金結(jié)算方式：
1、自________年________月________日至________年________月________日止，租賃期滿，乙方將設(shè)備完好交給甲方辦理退場(chǎng)手續(xù)，若乙方繼續(xù)使用，應(yīng)在本合同期滿前五日內(nèi)重新簽定續(xù)租合同。
2、租賃期間原則上每天平均工作時(shí)間不超過(guò)8小時(shí)（折合一個(gè)臺(tái)班），每月累計(jì)不得超過(guò)____小時(shí)，確因工作所需超出_____小時(shí)部分應(yīng)視為加班，按超出工作小時(shí)數(shù)計(jì)收加班租賃費(fèi)。

3、經(jīng)甲乙雙方協(xié)商，甲方收取乙方設(shè)備預(yù)付租金______________元，作為履行本合同的保證。
4、乙方向甲方交納租金及保證金后，辦理提貨手續(xù)，自租日期，每30天向甲方交付一次租金，租賃期滿，扣除應(yīng)付設(shè)備賠償金后，甲方應(yīng)將保證金余額退還乙方。
六、租賃設(shè)備的運(yùn)輸、使用、維修、保養(yǎng)和費(fèi)用：
