建筑工程施工承包協議書
合同編號：SZRRⅢ-A第02號   

甲方：中鐵十八局集團有限公司治理深圳河工程項目指揮部
乙方：寧夏伊斯蘭地質工程公司天津分公司
 
為了治理深圳河三期二階段合同A工程，現經甲乙雙方協商，在平等、互惠互利的基礎上，甲方將合同A中A工地、C工地范圍內河道兩側堤防的地下連續墻及圈梁、水泥攪拌樁、網噴砼等項目承包給乙方施工。根據中華人民共和國《合同法》和《建筑工程承包合同條例》的原則，結合本工程具體情況，雙方達成如下協議條款，供雙方履行。

第一條   工程項目及主要工程量
1、工程名稱：地下連續墻、地下連續墻圈梁、水泥攪拌樁、網噴砼等。
2、工程地點：治理深圳河三期二階段合同A范圍
3、主要工程數量：地下連續墻砼4510立方米；地下連續墻圈梁砼964立方米；水泥攪拌樁9429米；；網噴砼543平方米。

第二條   承包形式
1、承包形式：單價承包、包工包料、一次包死。
2、承包單價：詳見“附表一    工料單”
3、說明：
   工程量清單表中單價已包括為實施和完成并在工程竣工驗收前的維修及在保修期的修復所必須的人工費、機械費、材料費、臨時設施費、輔助工作費、管理費、風險及利潤等全部費用（營業稅除外）。

第三條   工期
1、乙方主要人員、設備必須在合同簽訂后 14 日內

For the second phase of the Shenzhen River 3 A construction contract is currently in consultation by both parties, equality, mutual benefit, based on the contract Party A in the A site, C site within the river embankment on both sides of the underground continuous wall and the ring Liang, cement mixing, net spraying concrete construction projects contracted to the Party. According to The People's Republic of China, "Contract Law" and "construction contract regulations" with the principles of the specific circumstances of this project, the following terms of the agreement reached by both sides, for both sides to fulfill.

The first volume of projects and major projects
1, Project Name: underground continuous wall, diaphragm wall ring beam, cement mixing, spraying concrete and other networks.
2, Project Location: Shenzhen River 3 A range of two-stage contract
3, the number of major projects: 4510 cubic meters of concrete diaphragm wall; underground continuous wall ring beams and concrete 964 m3; cement mixing pile 9429 m;; net spraying concrete 543 square meters.

The second contract form
1, contract forms: unit price contract, contracting package material, a package die.
2, Contract Unit: See "Schedule a Quantity One"
3, Description:
   Quantity Price List in the table includes the implementation and completion and maintenance works have been completed before the final acceptance and the warranty of the repair the Bixu of labor costs, machine costs, material costs, temporary facilities, fees, auxiliary Gongzuo fees, management fees, Fengxian and profits, and all other expenses (excluding sales tax).

Third period
1, B key personnel and equipment must be within 14 days after contract
