　　第二條  發包人應及時向勘察人提供下列文件資料，并對其準確性、可靠性負責。
　　2.1提供本工程批準文件（復印件），以及用地（附紅線范圍）、施工、勘察許可等批件（復印件）。
　　2.2提供工程勘察任務委托書、技術要求和工作范圍的地形圖、建筑總平面布置圖。
　　2.3提供勘察工作范圍已有的技術資料及工程所需的坐標與標高資料。
　　2.4提供勘察工作范圍地下已有埋藏物的資料（如電力、電訊電纜、各種管道、人防設施、洞室等）及具體位置分布圖。
　　2.5發包人不能提供上述資料，由勘察人收集的，發包人需向勘察人支付相應費用。
第三條 勘察人向發包人提交勘察成果資料并對其質量負責。
勘察人負責向發包人提交勘察成果資料四份，發包人要求增加的份數另行收費。
