機(jī)械(設(shè)備)租賃合同
(適用于我司租賃機(jī)械進(jìn)行施工的合同)

甲方：廣東省航盛工程有限公司                   （承租人）
乙方：                                     （出租人）
甲方因（工程名稱）工程施工需要，租用乙方（機(jī)械<設(shè)備>名稱）（包括機(jī)械（設(shè)備）操作人員投入該頂工程施工）投入該項(xiàng)工程施工，為明確雙方的權(quán)利義務(wù)，根據(jù)《中華人民共和國(guó)合同法》及國(guó)家有關(guān)規(guī)定，經(jīng)雙方充分協(xié)商，自愿達(dá)成一致，協(xié)議如下：
  
第一條  租用機(jī)械（設(shè)備）名稱、型號(hào)、規(guī)格及性能(如須乙方配備人員，應(yīng)分別列明)

第二條  租用期
