根據《中華人民共和國經濟合同法》和《建筑安裝工程承包合同條例》及有關規定，結合工程的具體情況，簽定本合同。
第一條 工程項目
(一） 工程名稱：廣州市。

(三） 工程內容：9層/1幢（R.C框架），建筑面積6500平方米。
(四） 承包范圍：按甲方提供的綜合樓工程施工圖紙規定內容：包括基礎，土建，室內水電安裝工程;外墻貼條形磚、窗用廣鋁1.2mm厚白鋁合金、5mm厚白玻璃，室內房門用木夾板、杉木門框，室外大門用豪華型“二合一”金屬花飾戶門，廚廁墻身貼1.8米高150×150白瓷片、地面鋪防滑磚、設大號便池蹲廁，其他另按裝修協議。
(五） 乙方分包工程：
由乙方分包的工程必須另簽合同。
(六) 承包方式：
乙方根據甲方提供的施工圖紙和說明實行包
