     根據(jù)《中華人民共和國合同法》、《建筑安裝工程承包合同條例》、《中華人民共和國消費者權益保護法》、《中華人民共和國價格法》，中華人民共和國建設部（1997）92號文《家庭居室裝飾裝修管理試行辦法》以及其他有關法律法規(guī)規(guī)定的原則，為保護雙方的合法權益，結合本工程的具體情況，雙方達成如下協(xié)議，共同遵守。
一、概況
1、甲方裝飾住房系合法居住。
乙方為本市經(jīng)工商行政管理機關核準登記并經(jīng)市建委有關部門審定具有民用裝飾《資質(zhì)證書》的企業(yè)法人。
2、裝飾施工地點：＿＿區(qū)（縣）＿＿＿路 ＿＿＿號＿＿樓＿＿＿室。
3、住房結構：＿＿＿＿＿房型＿＿＿＿房＿＿＿廳＿＿＿套，施工面積＿＿＿平方米。
4、裝飾施工內(nèi)容：詳見附件一《裝飾施工內(nèi)容表》。
5、承包方式：＿＿＿＿＿（包工包料、清包工、部分承包）。

經(jīng)雙方認可，變更施工內(nèi)容，變更部分的工程款按實另計。

二、關于材料供應的約定：
1、甲方提供的材料：詳見附件二《甲方提供材料、設備表》。
本工程甲方負責采購供應的材料、設備，應為符合設計要求的合格產(chǎn)品，并應按時供應到現(xiàn)場，乙方應辦理驗收手續(xù)。如甲方供應的材料、設備發(fā)生質(zhì)量問題或規(guī)格差異，乙方應及時向甲方書面提出，甲方仍表示使用的，由此造成工程損失的，責任由甲方承擔。甲方供應的材料抵現(xiàn)場后，經(jīng)乙方驗收，由乙方負責保管，乙方可收取甲方提供材料價款保管費，費率由雙方約定，由于保管不當造成的損失，由乙方負責賠償。
2、乙方提供的材料：詳見附件三《主材料報價單》。
3、乙方對甲方采購的裝飾材料、設備，均應用于本合同規(guī)定的住宅裝飾，非經(jīng)甲方同

Second, on the material supply agreement:
1, the materials provided by Party: see Annex II "shall provide materials, equipment table."
