　第二條  甲方工作
　　2.1開工前天,向乙方提供經(jīng)確認(rèn)的施工圖紙或作法說明份,并向乙方進(jìn)行現(xiàn)場交底。全部騰空或部分騰空房屋,清除影響施工的障礙物。對只能部分騰空的房屋中所滯留的家具、陳設(shè)等采取保護(hù)措施。向乙方提供施工所需的水、電、氣及電訊等設(shè)備,并說明使用注意事項(xiàng)。辦理施工所涉及的各種申請、批件等手續(xù)。
　　2.2指派為甲方駐工地代表,負(fù)責(zé)合同履行。對工程質(zhì)量、進(jìn)度進(jìn)行監(jiān)督檢查,辦理驗(yàn)收、變更、登記手續(xù)和其他事宜。
　　2.3委托監(jiān)理公司進(jìn)行工程監(jiān)理,監(jiān)理公司任命為總監(jiān)理工程師,其職責(zé)在監(jiān)理合同中應(yīng)明確,并將合同副本交乙方份。
2.4負(fù)責(zé)保護(hù)好周圍建筑物及裝修、設(shè)備管線、古樹名木、綠地等不受損壞,并承擔(dān)相應(yīng)費(fèi)用。
2.5如確實(shí)需要拆改原建筑物結(jié)構(gòu)或設(shè)備管線,負(fù)責(zé)到有關(guān)部門辦理相應(yīng)審批手續(xù)。2.6協(xié)調(diào)有關(guān)部門做好現(xiàn)場保衛(wèi)、消防、垃圾處理等工作,并承擔(dān)相應(yīng)費(fèi)用。
第三條  乙方工作
3.1參加甲方組織的施工圖紙或作法說明的現(xiàn)場交底,擬定施工方案和進(jìn)度計(jì)劃,交甲方審定。
3.2指派為乙方駐工地代表,負(fù)責(zé)合同履行。按要求組織施工,保質(zhì)、保量、按期完成施工任務(wù),解決由乙方負(fù)責(zé)的各項(xiàng)事宜。
3.3嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行施工規(guī)范、安全操作規(guī)程、防火安全規(guī)定、環(huán)境保護(hù)規(guī)定。嚴(yán)格按照圖紙或作法說明進(jìn)行施工,做好各項(xiàng)質(zhì)量檢查記錄。參加竣工驗(yàn)收,編制工程結(jié)算。
3.4遵守國家或地方政府及有關(guān)部門對施工現(xiàn)場管理的規(guī)定,妥善保護(hù)好施工現(xiàn)場周圍建筑物、設(shè)備管線、古樹名木不受損壞。做好施工現(xiàn)場保衛(wèi)和垃圾銷納等工作,處理好由于施工帶來的擾民問題及與周圍單位(住戶)的關(guān)系。
3.5施工中未經(jīng)甲方同意或有關(guān)部門批準(zhǔn),不得隨意拆改原建筑物結(jié)構(gòu)及各種設(shè)備管線。
3.6工程竣工未移交甲方之前,負(fù)責(zé)對現(xiàn)場的一切設(shè)施和工程
