根據《中華人民共和國合同法》及其它有關法律、法規，結合本市住宅裝飾裝修的特點，甲、乙雙方在平等、自愿的基礎上協商一致，就乙方承包甲方的住宅裝飾裝修工程（以下簡稱工程）的有關事宜，達成如下協議：
