　　第一條　詞語涵義
　　《電力建設(shè)工程施工合同》文本，由《電力建設(shè)工程施工合同條件》（以下簡稱《合同條件》）和《電力建設(shè)工程施工合同協(xié)議條款》（以下簡稱《協(xié)議條款》），組成，其用詞用語除《協(xié)議條款》另有約定外，應(yīng)具有本條所賦予的涵義：
　　一、發(fā)包方（簡稱甲方）：《協(xié)議條款》約定的具有工程發(fā)包主體資格和支付工程價(jià)款能力的當(dāng)事人。
　　二、甲方駐工地代表（簡稱甲方代表）：甲方在《協(xié)議條款》中指定的代表。
　　三、承包方（簡稱乙方）：《協(xié)議條款》約定的、具有《電力施工企業(yè)資質(zhì)管理辦法》規(guī)定的工程承包主體資格并被發(fā)包方接受的當(dāng)事人。
　　四、乙方駐工地代表（簡稱乙方代表）：乙方在《協(xié)議條款》中指定
