甲方：中隧股份南京濱江大道隧道工程項目經理部
乙方：
按照《中華人民共和國合同法》和《建筑安裝工程承包合同條例》的規定，結合本工程的具體情況，中隧股份南京濱江大道隧道工程項目經理部與     就濱江大道隧道機電設備安裝工程的施工事宜達成如下協議。
1.工程概況：
1.1工程名稱：南京濱江大道隧道機電設備安裝工程
1.2工程地點：南京市河西區棉花堤（原7路車站）
1. 3工程范圍：（隧道內及泵房）
1.3.1給排水系統安裝工程；
1.3.2消防系統安裝工程；
1.3.3泵房工藝設備系統安裝工程；
1.3.4電力照明系統安裝工程；
1.3.5通風系統安裝工程；
1.4工程內容：
1.4.1給排水系統安裝工程：防撞墻內進水格柵安裝，管道清洗；
1.4.2消防系統安裝工程：消防管道、栓、箱安裝，沖洗、試壓及系統調試；
1.4.3泵房工藝設備系統安裝工程：潛水泵、格柵除污機、電動葫蘆、泵房工藝管道制安等其它機械設備、貨物進場運輸、安裝及系統調試；
1.4.4電力照明系統安裝工程:管線布置及電線電纜敷設、橋架安裝、照明燈具、高低壓配電柜、箱、自動化儀表控制及配套設備安裝，調試等；
1.4.5通風系統安裝工程：通風管、閥、風口制安，通風機

In accordance with the "Contract Law" and the "construction and installation contract regulations" requirement, combined with the specific circumstances of this project, the stake of Nanjing Riverside Avenue Tunnel Tunnel Project Manager Department of Mechanical and Electrical Equipment on Riverside Avenue, the installation of tunnel construction issues reached the following agreement.
1. Project Overview:
1.1 Project Name: Nanjing Riverside Avenue tunnel installation of electromechanical equipment
1.2 Project Location: Nanjing Hexi District, cotton dike (the original 7 Road Station)
1.3 Scope: (tunnels and pumping stations)
1.3.1 installation of water supply and drainage system;
1.3.2 fire system installation;
1.3.3 Pumping Station Equipment System Installation;
1.3.4 installation of electric lighting systems;
1.3.5 installation of ventilation systems;
1.4 Project Content:
1.4.1 for the installation of drainage system: water grid crash wall installation, pipe cleaning;
1.4.2 installation of fire fighting system: fire pipe, bolt, box installation, flushing, pressure testing and system debugging;
Pumping Station Equipment System 1.4.3 installation: submersible pump, grate discharge machine, electric hoist, pump and other process piping system, machinery safety equipment, goods entering the transport, installation and system commissioning;
1.4.4 installation of electric lighting systems: pipeline layout and cable laying, bridge installation, lighting, high and low voltage power distribution cabinets, boxes, automated instrument control and auxiliary equipment installation and commissioning;
1.4.5 installation of ventilation systems: ventilation pipe, valves, outlet system security, fan
