碧云閣外排柵工程承包合同

為了更好地把碧云閣A、B、C、D座外排柵工程的質(zhì)量、安全、進度，按照有關(guān)建筑規(guī)范順利完成，經(jīng)甲乙雙方共同協(xié)商，履行各自的承諾，特簽定如下合同條款，需雙方共同遵守：
一、工程概況
碧云閣工程位于花都區(qū)新華鎮(zhèn)天貴路以東，曙光路以西，紫薇大道以南，迎賓路以
北，共分A、B、C、D四座，其中A、B兩座設(shè)計樓高18層，C、D兩座設(shè)計樓高13層，集車庫、商業(yè)、住宅、會所一體化管理，結(jié)構(gòu)形式為框剪結(jié)構(gòu)。
三、承包范圍
    1、 A、B、C、D座室外扣件式雙排鋼管腳手架工程的安裝和拆除全部施工過程。
    2、A、B、C、D座外腳手架要求全鋼雙排，平橋內(nèi)鋪鋼篩網(wǎng)、樓層擋腳板。
    3、包A、B、C、D座施工人員上下樓梯、安全擋板、電梯井腳手架、斜料平臺。
    4、包安全帽、安全網(wǎng)（含兜底安全網(wǎng)）、安全帶，并提供有效的出廠合格證書及檢測報
告原件，所有檢測費用由乙方承擔。乙方所提供的安全網(wǎng)必須是經(jīng)花都安全監(jiān)督部門檢測合
格的魚絲網(wǎng)。
5、包A、B、C、D座樓梯口、電梯口、所有安全通道口、所有樓層的預(yù)留洞口防護搭
設(shè)。
6、包基坑邊、各樓層陽臺、樓板及屋面等臨邊防護、所有樓層洞口臨邊防護搭設(shè)。
四、承包形式
    包材料、包工期、包質(zhì)量、包安全、包人工費、包場地內(nèi)外腳

In order to better the Pik House A, B, C, D Block, the efflux gate project quality, safety, progress, according to the successful completion of the building codes, joint consultation by both parties to fulfill their commitments, particularly following the contract signing terms, requires that both sides abide by:
First, project survey
Pik Xinhua Zhen, Huadu District Court project is located at the east of Tin Kwai Road, Shuguang Road, west of Myrtle Avenue to the south of Welcome Road to
North, divided into A, B, C, D 4, where A, B two-storey 18-storey design, C, D two 13-storey design, set the garage, commercial, residential, club integrated management structure for the superstructure.
Third, the scope of contract
    1, A, B, C, D Block, outdoor double steel fastener installation and removal of falsework all of the construction process.
    2, A, B, C, D Block double steel scaffolding requirements, Pingqiao steel mesh inside the shop, floor block feet.
    3, including A, B, C, D Block, construction workers up and down stairs, security shield, elevator shaft scaffold, ramp materials platform.
    4, including safety helmets, safety nets (including fallback safety net), seat belts, and to provide effective detection of the factory certificate and report
Report original costs of all testing by the second party. The safety net provided by Party B to be detected by the Huadu safety supervision departments together

5, including A, B, C, D Block, stairs, elevator, secure access to all ports, all the floors take the reserved hole protection
