第六章  合同管理
第一節  總則
    第二百零五條  為加強經濟合同管理，減少失誤，提高經濟效益，根據《經濟合同法》及其他有關法規的規定，結合公司的實際情況，制訂本制度。
    第二百零六條  公司各部門及下屬公司、企業對外簽訂的各類經濟合同一律適用本制度。
    第二百零七條  經濟合同管理是企業管理的一項重要內容，搞好經濟合同管理，對于公司經濟活動的開展和經濟利益的取得，都有積極的意義。各級領導干部、法人委托人以及其他有關人員，都必須嚴格遵守、切實執行本制度。各有關部門必須互相配合，共同努力，搞好公司以“重合同、守信譽”為核心的經濟合同管理工作。
