　　現(xiàn)將修改后的《關(guān)于建設(shè)項目經(jīng)濟(jì)評價工作的若干規(guī)定》、《建設(shè)項目經(jīng)濟(jì)評價方法》和《建設(shè)項目經(jīng)濟(jì)評價參數(shù)》印發(fā)給你們，請在開展投資項目經(jīng)濟(jì)評價工作時借鑒和使用，并將使用中的問題和建議隨時告國家發(fā)展改革委投資司和建設(shè)部標(biāo)準(zhǔn)定額司。
　　自本通知發(fā)布之日起，1993年國家計委、建設(shè)部《關(guān)于印發(fā)建設(shè)項目經(jīng)濟(jì)評價方法和參數(shù)的通知》（計投資[1993]530號）所發(fā)布的《關(guān)于建設(shè)項目經(jīng)濟(jì)評價工作的若干規(guī)定》、《建設(shè)項目經(jīng)濟(jì)評價方法》、《建設(shè)項目經(jīng)濟(jì)評價參數(shù)》和《中外合資經(jīng)營項目經(jīng)濟(jì)評價方法》等文件停止使用。

　　第一條　為適應(yīng)社會主義市場經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展，加強(qiáng)建設(shè)項目經(jīng)濟(jì)評價工作，根據(jù)《國務(wù)院關(guān)于投資體制改革的決定》精神，制定本規(guī)定。
　　第二條　各類建設(shè)項目的經(jīng)濟(jì)評價工作，適用本規(guī)定
