第一冊(cè)機(jī)械設(shè)備安裝工程
 1．定額中未包括大型設(shè)備吊裝所用的施工機(jī)械費(fèi)用，請(qǐng)問什么樣的設(shè)備為大型設(shè)備？其所需的施工機(jī)械費(fèi)用如何計(jì)算？
    答：大型設(shè)備是指整體設(shè)備重量大于60噸的設(shè)備。本冊(cè)定額中未考慮大型設(shè)備的吊裝機(jī)具，發(fā)生時(shí)應(yīng)按施工方案另行計(jì)算。
    2．本冊(cè)中設(shè)備單機(jī)試運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)包括的內(nèi)容是哪些？
    答：設(shè)備單機(jī)試運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)屬于整體設(shè)備安裝內(nèi)容范疇。其工作內(nèi)容應(yīng)按相應(yīng)"規(guī)范"中規(guī)定的為準(zhǔn)；不包括機(jī)械設(shè)備部分以外各系統(tǒng)（如電氣、儀表、通風(fēng)等系統(tǒng)）的試驗(yàn)、調(diào)整、試運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)。單機(jī)試運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)所用的除水、電、氣、油、燃料需另計(jì)以外的其他材料、人工及機(jī)械均已包括在設(shè)備安裝定額內(nèi)。
    3．本冊(cè)定額中是否包括設(shè)備單機(jī)試運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)時(shí)的配合電工？
    答：機(jī)械設(shè)備安裝定額內(nèi)，已包括試運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)中所必須配合的電工。機(jī)械設(shè)備的電氣部分的安裝、調(diào)整、試驗(yàn)、試運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)所需的電工，則包括在相應(yīng)電氣安裝定額內(nèi)。
    4．設(shè)備本體范圍內(nèi)的管道及附件沒有隨設(shè)備配套供應(yīng)，需現(xiàn)場(chǎng)進(jìn)行配制后安裝，應(yīng)怎樣計(jì)算該部分的制作安裝費(fèi)？
