一、《江蘇省建筑工程單位估價(jià)表》（以下簡(jiǎn)稱本估價(jià)表），是為編制省綜合預(yù)算定額各綜合項(xiàng)目基價(jià)的依據(jù)。該基價(jià)作為我省各市統(tǒng)一編制標(biāo)底、標(biāo)書(shū)和辦理竣工結(jié)算的依據(jù)，并在此基礎(chǔ)上計(jì)取間接費(fèi)。本估價(jià)表適用于我省范圍內(nèi)一般工業(yè)與民用建筑的新建、擴(kuò)建、改建工程。
二、本估價(jià)表編制依據(jù)：
    1、《江蘇省建筑工程預(yù)算定額》（一九八三年）；
    2、《全國(guó)統(tǒng)一建筑工程基礎(chǔ)定額》（GJD-101-95）；
    3、《建筑安裝工程勞動(dòng)定額》LD/T72-94（DE），《建筑裝飾工程勞動(dòng)定額》LD/T73-94（DE）；
    4、南京市、部分無(wú)錫市二０００年一季度建筑工程材料預(yù)算價(jià)格。
三、本估價(jià)表的作用：
    1、編制江蘇省建筑工程綜合預(yù)算定額、估價(jià)表與綜合定額配套之用；
    2、總、分包單位或建設(shè)單位單項(xiàng)發(fā)包編制工程預(yù)算和辦理竣工結(jié)算之用；
    3、施工企業(yè)內(nèi)部核算之參考。
四、本估價(jià)表由十四章及八個(gè)附錄組成。其中：塔吊、施工電梯基礎(chǔ)、塔吊電梯與建筑物連接件取定表供編制標(biāo)底及標(biāo)書(shū)報(bào)價(jià)之用，竣工結(jié)算時(shí)按其規(guī)定可作部分調(diào)整。
五、本估價(jià)表是按在正常的施工條件下，結(jié)合我省頒發(fā)的地方標(biāo)準(zhǔn)《江蘇省建筑安裝工程施工技術(shù)操作規(guī)程》（DB32）、現(xiàn)行的施工及驗(yàn)收規(guī)范和我省頒發(fā)的部分建筑構(gòu)、配件通用圖之作法進(jìn)行編制的。
六、本估價(jià)表中規(guī)定的工作內(nèi)容，均包括完成該項(xiàng)目過(guò)程的全部工序以及施工過(guò)程中所需的人工、材料、
General Description
