一、工程概況
   擬建高層商住樓，地下室3層，地上31層。占地面積約12000m2。
   基坑南北邊長85m，東西邊長135m，周長約440m，基坑開挖深度12m。
基坑采用錨桿噴射混凝土支護方案，由廣東省輕紡工業設計院設計。東、
南邊布置錨桿9排，不施加預應力；西、北邊布置錨桿10排，其中第3、5、
7排錨桿施加預應力。混凝土面層厚150，局部施加預應力處厚200。
