1、工程概況：
本工程為泉州港石湖作業區3000噸級貫徹國防要求(一期)工程，該工程為兩個3000t級泊位，分1#泊位和2#泊位；碼頭結構為重力式沉箱結構，基礎為拋石基床。碼頭基礎施工為基槽挖泥、拋石等，在碼頭基槽開挖過程中發現基槽開挖范圍有礁盤和1#泊位基槽東側邊坡出現坍塌，碼頭基礎施工不能如期正常進行，原有施工方案需要增加基槽礁盤baopo，清礁，以及護岸邊坡處理，工期延長，為了便于碼頭基槽開挖順利和安全，對基槽baopo、清礁和護岸卸載采取穩妥而有效的措施。
1#泊位基槽南北朝向，碼頭泊位長52m左右，北側為海域，東側為陸地的拋石護岸，該護岸邊坡坡度為1:1，碼頭基槽底東側邊線與護岸的坡腳基本接近，護岸坡腳標高為-1.0m~-2.0m，碼頭基槽底標高為-8.0m~12.5m，因此，基槽開挖要開挖除護岸部分邊坡，否則開挖過程護岸邊坡極不穩定，已出現部份坍塌；所發現礁盤范圍：靠北端(前沿線端頭)起30米左右，寬30米左右，礁盤頂
