一、工程概況
鹽城至南通高速公路海安一施工標(biāo)段位于海安縣大公鎮(zhèn)和洋蠻河鎮(zhèn)境內(nèi)，本標(biāo)段路線起點(diǎn)接鹽通高速公路（南通市境）東臺(tái)三施工標(biāo)段終點(diǎn)（樁號(hào)為K71+958.764），起點(diǎn)樁號(hào)為K72+038，路線經(jīng)大公鎮(zhèn)東，在K73+082.500處跨越紅星河（等外航道），在K74+696處跨越大公-海安農(nóng)場(chǎng)公路，在大公鎮(zhèn)和洋蠻河鎮(zhèn)交界處（K77+017.500）跨越北凌河，經(jīng)洋蠻河鎮(zhèn)東，在K81+645.500處跨越洋蠻河（韓洋）至李堡公路，終點(diǎn)在K82+500處接海安二施工標(biāo)段。本段全線長10.462km。
本標(biāo)段粉噴樁處理軟土地基工程，位于長江河谷平原工程地質(zhì)區(qū)，主要不良地質(zhì)條件為軟土和砂土液化。為了減小工后沉降量，保證路基穩(wěn)定，解決結(jié)構(gòu)物處跳車等病害，設(shè)計(jì)采
