張楊濱江花苑深基坑施工
一、工程概況
　　張楊濱江花苑項目基地面積為48600平方米，由A，B，C，D，E五幢高層、一棟三層會所及地下車庫組成。高層主體建筑最高為127.6米，最低97.3米。主樓均設兩層地下室，層高為3.8米和2.65米。
　　本工程±0.00相對于絕對標高6.700米，基坑開挖區域呈梯形，總長為259.1米，最寬處168.4米，最窄處41米，其面積約為33416平方米。主樓基礎由箱形基礎和樁基組成，地下車庫由抗拔樁基和大型底板組成。主樓基礎最深的底板厚度為2.2米，底標高為-8.55米，落深處標高12.7米，地下車庫基礎底板厚度為600毫米，底標高為-7.10米�，F場自然地坪面層標高-1.5米，則主樓最深的基礎實際開挖深度為7.30米，局部落深的基礎實際開挖深度為11.45米；地下車庫實際開挖深度為5.9米。基坑圍護采用重力壩形式擋土隔水，其內部沒有水平支撐，整個基坑開挖總方量約230000立方米。
二、周圍環境和地質情況
　　項目位于浦東金融貿易區，西側臨近黃浦江邊，其中主樓圍護邊距離江邊最近的僅有38米。根據勘察提供的地質資料及對土工試驗、工程剖面圖分析，（3）-夾層灰色粘質粉土顆粒組成中粘粒含量一般均小于13%，孔隙比大于1，含水量大于30%，并夾有小量薄層粉砂，該層在地下滲流的
