  旋挖鉆樁基施工方案
一、 工程概況
 某分離式立交橋?yàn)殡p向雙幅四車道預(yù)應(yīng)力簡(jiǎn)支梁結(jié)構(gòu)，起止樁號(hào)為K12+425.29~K13+090.71，共計(jì)665.42m，即從1#橋臺(tái)至34#橋臺(tái)共34跨。2002年9月業(yè)主對(duì)該橋進(jìn)行了一次重大設(shè)計(jì)變更，將34#橋臺(tái)至另一標(biāo)段1#橋臺(tái)段原設(shè)計(jì)的填土路基修改為高架橋，兩端之間增加40跨高架橋，橋梁總長(zhǎng)變更為74跨。下構(gòu)墩柱基礎(chǔ)為系梁，每半幅系梁基礎(chǔ)均為兩根直徑1500mm的鉆孔灌注樁，共計(jì)增加路改橋160根樁，樁基為25#砼,樁長(zhǎng)為26.8米。
二、 施工前現(xiàn)場(chǎng)處理平面布置圖（見附圖1）   
路改橋段設(shè)計(jì)修改前為填土路基，其原地面全為魚塘和低洼稻田，且正式設(shè)計(jì)修改前對(duì)路基范圍內(nèi)的7個(gè)魚塘已進(jìn)行了清淤換填砂卵石，換填高度超出地下水位接近施工便道的頂面，后業(yè)主方要求將已回填好的砂卵石約3萬(wàn)方全部挖出來(lái)運(yùn)到另一處作為回填材料，這樣該段設(shè)計(jì)路改橋后原地形又恢復(fù)為原來(lái)的7個(gè)魚塘和低洼地。進(jìn)行橋梁下構(gòu)施工前必須對(duì)場(chǎng)地進(jìn)行處理，考慮
