 二、工程概況
 (一)建筑結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計概況
擬建新世界花園回遷樓是一幢集商業(yè)和商住為一體的建筑物，地上十四層，局部十層，地下三層。建筑物外觀呈“┓”形，回遷樓建筑結(jié)構(gòu)周長約411m，基坑開挖深度－15.5m（決對標(biāo)高L29.68m），建筑物±0.00＝48.18m。設(shè)建在南面和東面為地下停車場的1＃和2＃車道，1＃和2＃車道進(jìn)出車庫的位置不同，單平面位置在南面和東面相重疊且委員地下三層基槽之外，整改車道共用基礎(chǔ)結(jié)構(gòu)外墻，車道凈寬3.6m，自南面向東面延伸的車道基地標(biāo)高約為－4.85m(絕對標(biāo)高:40.23m)～-13.75m(絕對標(biāo)高:31.43m)。

 (二)建設(shè)場地及周圍環(huán)境狀況
北京新世界花園商業(yè)小區(qū)位于崇文門外大街西側(cè)，東茶食胡同與珠市東大街之間，北臨在建的新世界中心二期工程，占地8.7公頃。擬建的新世界花園商業(yè)回遷樓位于花園小區(qū)的東北角方位。現(xiàn)狀地面標(biāo)高為：43.21～45.52m。擬建的回遷樓周圍環(huán)境較復(fù)雜，除北面和東面為道路無距離較近的建筑物外，其它幾面均有臨近的建筑物需要保護(hù)，其中：在拐角回遷樓的內(nèi)側(cè)臨近與之同時開工的1＃住宅樓(基礎(chǔ)埋深－3.10m，相當(dāng)于42.08m)，兩者結(jié)構(gòu)距離最近處約為3.5m，其它距離在4.2～11.6m范圍；南面臨近崇文區(qū)文化館的三層群房(其±0.00＝43.40m基礎(chǔ)底標(biāo)高－7.04m，相當(dāng)于38.14m)，結(jié)構(gòu)凈距離約為9.37m；東臨崇文門外大街，設(shè)計車道結(jié)構(gòu)外皮距圍墻5.1m。基坑的東面

 (A) Overview of Design of Building Structures
