一、 施工準備
(一) 材料要求
砂:一般為中砂。
(二) 主要機具
1、 工打釬:一般鋼釬,用直徑φ22~25mm的鋼筋制成,釬頭是60°尖錐形狀,釬長1.8~2.1m;穿心錘(重10kg)。
2、 機械打釬:輕便觸探器。
3、 其他:麻繩或鉛絲、梯子(凳子)、手推車、撬棍(拔鋼釬用)和鋼卷尺等。
(三) 作業條件
1、 基土已挖至基坑(槽)底設計標高,表面應平整,軸線及坑(槽)長、寬均符合設計圖紙要求。
根據設計圖紙繪制釬探點平面布置圖,確定釬探點位置及順序編號,按照釬探圖及有關規定進行釬探并記錄。釬探點的布置依據設計要求,當設計無要求時,應按規范規定執行,也可參照表l-l執行。
