一、工程概況
陜西府谷電廠一期2×600MW工程廠址位于陜西省府谷縣境內，北距廟溝門鎮3公里，東距縣城約40公里，廟溝門鎮～府谷縣城公路由北向南穿過廠區，交通較為便利。灰庫位于1＃鍋爐南側，1＃、2＃粗灰庫及3＃細灰庫呈南北方向排列。
根據場地巖土工程條件，灰庫區域回填土較厚，且灰庫上部建筑物荷載較大，天然地基不能滿足使用要求，需要進行地基處理。本工程地基處理擬采用混凝土灌注樁，混凝土灌注樁共計87根，樁徑800㎜，樁長約18m左右，打入⑩巖層不小于3.0m。工程樁主筋采用14Ф16，加強箍筋Ф18@1500沿全長布置，螺旋箍筋樁身上部3m為Ф10@100，中部7m范圍內為Ф10@200，樁身下部為Ф10@300。按照設計要求鋼筋籠高出承臺底部600㎜。
本工程設計工程量如表1：
First, project survey

According to the conditions of Site, Ash Backfill thick region, and the upper part of the building load Ash greater use of natural foundation can not meet the requirements, the need for ground treatment. The project will adopt concrete pile foundation treatment, a total of 87 concrete piles, pile diameter of 800 mm, about 18m long pile, into the ⑩ rock is not less than 3.0m. Pile reinforcement, using 14Ф16, strengthen stirrup Ф18 @ 1500 along the full layout of spiral reinforcement for the pile top 3m Ф10 @ 100, within the scope of the central 7m Ф10 @ 200, the lower part of pile Ф10 @ 300. Reinforcement cage in accordance with the design requirements of 600 mm above the bottom cap.
