第一節(jié)  工程概況
一、工程簡(jiǎn)介
擬建的實(shí)驗(yàn)樓，位于C市J區(qū)，五層現(xiàn)澆鋼筋砼框架結(jié)構(gòu)，總建筑面積約9008平方米；采用D400管樁承臺(tái)基礎(chǔ)，無(wú)地下室，瓦屋面（坡屋面）；
工期：暫定于2005年×月×日開(kāi)工，于2005年×月×日竣工，總工期為147個(gè)日歷天
現(xiàn)場(chǎng)條件：本工程的施工場(chǎng)地已平整，施工提供用水總管徑為DN250mm，施工用電提供總負(fù)荷為200KW；施工范圍內(nèi)可通行施工車(chē)輛及供施工設(shè)備和材料小量分批堆放。
工程施工范圍：包括紅線范圍內(nèi)的土建工程、水電安裝工程、裝修工程施工。具體專(zhuān)業(yè)內(nèi)容包括建筑、結(jié)構(gòu)、給排水系統(tǒng)、電氣工程（包括防雷工程）、消防和噴淋系統(tǒng)、空調(diào)系統(tǒng)、裝修工程、人防工程等。
質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)：達(dá)到《工程施工質(zhì)量驗(yàn)收規(guī)范》合格標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，爭(zhēng)創(chuàng)優(yōu)良工程。工程竣工驗(yàn)收達(dá)不到合同約定的質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的，我公司向發(fā)包人交納審定結(jié)算總價(jià)2%的違約金。
保修期限：按中華人民共和國(guó)國(guó)務(wù)院令第279號(hào)《建設(shè)工程質(zhì)量管理?xiàng)l例》和建設(shè)部2000年第80號(hào)令的規(guī)定執(zhí)行。保修期自竣工驗(yàn)收簽字之日起計(jì)。
竣工資料：確定工程竣工時(shí)間前14天內(nèi)，我公司向招標(biāo)人（由監(jiān)理單位先行審查合格）提交符合建檔管理規(guī)定要求的竣工資料一式肆份。
二、建筑工程

I. Brief Introduction of
The proposed laboratory building, located at C City, J District, five-situ reinforced concrete frame structure with a total construction area of about 9008 square meters; with D400 pile cap foundation, no basement, tile roof (sloping roof);
Duration: tentatively scheduled for 2005 × month × day started at 2005 × month × date completed, the total duration of 147 calendar days
Field conditions: the project's construction site has been formed, the total diameter of the construction to provide water DN250mm, construction of electricity to provide the total load of 200KW; construction within the scope of access for construction vehicles and construction equipment and materials piling up small batches.
Construction area: including the red line within the scope of civil engineering, water and electricity installation, renovation construction. Specific expertise includes architecture, structure, drainage systems, electrical works (including mine works), fire and sprinkler systems, air-conditioning system, renovation, civil air defense projects.
Quality Standard: meet, "Construction Quality Acceptance of" eligibility criteria, striving to good works. Projects reach completion and acceptance of quality standards agreed in the contract, the company paid to the developer is audited balance sheet total of 2% penalty.
Warranty period: According to The People's Republic of China State Council Order No. 279, "Construction Quality Control Regulations" and the Ministry of Construction Decree 80 of 2000 shall apply. Warranty period from signing the final acceptance date.
Completion data: identification work is completed within 14 days prior to the time, my company to the tenderer (first pass the examination by the supervisory agencies) to the regulations meet the filing requirements of the completion data of a type wantonly copies.
