靜壓預制管樁施工技術

一、樁的設計要求
本工程采用預應力高強砼管樁,樁徑為Ф400，壁厚為90MM，砼C80，配筋AB型，共計105根。擬采用ZYJ-500液壓靜力壓樁，管樁要求單樁豎向承載力標準值為1200KN，樁長約20m左右，樁尖持力層為強風化花崗巖，樁的承載力以端承為主，沉樁控制以貫入度為主，樁長為輔。
ZYJ－500液壓靜力壓樁機技術參數：
壓樁力、壓樁速度
主壓樁缸單獨工作：壓樁力230TF，最大壓樁速度：2.8M/MIN
主副壓樁缸同時工作:壓樁力500.8TF，最小壓樁速度:0.8M/MIN

A pile of design requirements
