    5．1  變形觀測的基準點、觀測點設定時間不當
    1．現象
基準點、觀測點在支護結構和降水井施工未完成前或基坑開挖后設定，不能反映基坑邊坡的實際變形情況。
    2．原因分析
    (1)操作者未掌握基坑變形觀測知識。
    (2)對沉降和水平位移觀測質量不重視。
    (3)基準點、觀測點受支護結構、降水井和土方開挖施工的擾動。
    3．防治措施
變形觀測所用的基準點、觀測點應在支護結構或降水井施工完成后，基坑開挖之前設定，使所觀測成果更能切合實際。

5．2  水平位移觀測點、沉降觀測點和基準點布設位置不當
    1．現象
