        摘  要: 邊坡治理工程在公路、鐵路、水利工程等基礎設施中分布較為廣泛,施工方法各不相同。碗米坡水電站高邊坡由于地質條件較為復雜,普通錨桿支護手段成孔困難,難于奏效。自鉆式中空錨桿的應用有效地解決了松散巖土體錨固成孔困難的難題,同時具有施工效率高、施工質量有保障的優點,特別是采用了較大直徑和深度的自鉆式中空錨桿,效果顯著。自鉆式錨桿施工技術簡便,易于操作,可靠性高的特點,適用于松散巖土體邊坡支護。

         

        自鉆式中空錨桿作為一種較新的施工技術近年來在水電工程中逐漸得到推廣應用,解決了松散巖土體錨固施工中的一些技術難題。碗米坡水電工程右岸高邊坡支護施工中,自鉆式中空錨桿,克服了在極為松散破碎的巖土體中錨桿施工易塌孔、難于成孔的問題,結合掛網噴漿、排水孔等多種支護手段的綜合成功應用,實現了碗米坡右岸邊坡的初步穩定。為自鉆式中空錨桿的進一步應用積累了一定經驗。
        1 自鉆式中空錨桿的特點
        自鉆式中空錨桿是一種空心錨桿,錨桿通體螺紋,采用聯接套接長,前端安裝一次性鉆頭。
        由于自鉆式中空錨桿的特殊構造,用于錨固施工具有以下優點:
        1.1施工效率高:自鉆式中空預應力錨桿技術集鉆進、注漿、錨固為一體,施工的各個工序在一個過程中完成,可以節省施工時間。
        1.2適用于難于成孔的地層:如遇比較松軟、破碎的圍巖,一般成孔較困難,即便成孔,也容易塌孔,在孔內難以穿入其他錨桿或錨索,而自鉆式中空錨桿技術正好避免了常規方法的不足。鉆孔完成后,桿體留在孔內不用退出來,所以不怕塌孔,節省了穿進其他桿體的時間和降低了施工難度
