鉆孔灌注樁的施工質(zhì)量控制.rar

鉆孔灌注樁在城市建筑和橋梁工程中得到普遍應(yīng)用。但由于其施工工藝的特殊性和復(fù)雜性，施工的全過(guò)程質(zhì)量控制就顯得十分重要。筆者針對(duì)鉆孔灌注樁施工過(guò)程中常見(jiàn)的問(wèn)題，闡述正循環(huán)鉆孔灌注樁施工過(guò)程中質(zhì)量控制要點(diǎn)。
一、施工準(zhǔn)備
1、鉆孔灌注樁施工方案的審核
①根據(jù)設(shè)計(jì)圖紙、地質(zhì)報(bào)告、現(xiàn)行規(guī)范標(biāo)準(zhǔn)以及現(xiàn)場(chǎng)勘查結(jié)果，審查施工方案的編制依據(jù)、施工工藝流程、技術(shù)指標(biāo)、安全措施等內(nèi)容是否符合要求。針對(duì)混凝土初灌量的計(jì)算可參照J(rèn)TJ041-2000(公路工程標(biāo)準(zhǔn))的規(guī)定進(jìn)行復(fù)算。同時(shí)還應(yīng)審查施工方案中處置突發(fā)事件的應(yīng)急預(yù)案是否符合要求。對(duì)于施工方案的審核應(yīng)具有前瞻性，要善于提出問(wèn)題、發(fā)現(xiàn)問(wèn)
