摘要: 在人工挖孔樁施工中,遇到淤泥、流砂層較厚,地下水極為豐富時,很容易涌砂塌孔,施工進度緩慢或根本無法成孔。本文主要介紹了在復(fù)雜地質(zhì)條件下的人工挖孔樁施工技術(shù)成功的經(jīng)驗,可供類似工程借鑒。

1 工程概況
茂名熱電廠5# 機冷卻水塔淋水面積達(dá)5500m2,高度達(dá)到120m,外型呈雙曲線形的特種結(jié)構(gòu)。冷卻水塔的環(huán)基基礎(chǔ)位于淤泥、沖質(zhì)粉質(zhì)粘土(砂層)及礫砂巖層,設(shè)計采用44根φ2000mm的人工挖孔樁來支持冷卻水塔的上部結(jié)構(gòu),單樁深度在8.5m~16.5m之間,樁底要求進入微風(fēng)化巖層2000mm。

1 Project Overview
Maoming Thermal Power Plant Unit 5 cooling tower water spray area of 5500m2, height to 120m, is in the shape of special structure of the hyperbolic shape.
