交底內(nèi)容：
1. 本工程采用木膠合板作模板，厚度為18mm，構(gòu)造尺寸為長(zhǎng)×寬=980mm×1800mm。
2. 模板安裝前應(yīng)在模板表面涂抹脫模劑。
3. 模板安裝前，必須經(jīng)過正確放樣，檢查無誤后才立模安裝。
4. 模板必須支撐牢固、穩(wěn)定，無松動(dòng)、跑模、超標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的變形下沉等現(xiàn)象。模板拼縫平整嚴(yán)密，并采取措施填縫，保證不漏漿，模內(nèi)必須干凈。模板安裝后及時(shí)報(bào)驗(yàn)及澆混凝土。
5. 側(cè)墻模板：
(1). 側(cè)墻鋼筋綁扎完畢經(jīng)驗(yàn)收合格后，隨即清理其周圍雜物，為安裝模板作準(zhǔn)備。
側(cè)墻模板由φ48鋼管立檔及木枋橫檔和φ48mm鋼管斜撐來支撐固定：先立100mm×100mm木枋橫檔@500mm，然后放φ48mm鋼管立檔@600mm。采用φ48×3.5mm鋼管斜撐固定內(nèi)側(cè)板，斜撐底部采用預(yù)埋鋼筋固定。另外，在基底兩側(cè)預(yù)埋φ48×3.5mm短鋼管，將側(cè)模豎向圍檁與預(yù)
