A． 施工方法
a. 恢復(fù)中線，放出施工路段邊線樁，清理平整原地基使之滿足粉噴攪拌樁現(xiàn)場施工要求。
b. 測量繪制方格網(wǎng)圖，準(zhǔn)確定出樁位，其偏差不應(yīng)超過設(shè)計規(guī)定。
c. 標(biāo)定輸灰泵的輸灰量，灰粉到達(dá)噴灰口的時間，預(yù)攪下沉速度，噴灰攪拌提升速度，重復(fù)攪拌下沉速度，重攪拌提升速度等施工參數(shù)，并進(jìn)行試樁，使其強度達(dá)到設(shè)計要求。
d. 樁機，設(shè)備安裝就位，調(diào)好平整度及導(dǎo)向架的垂直度，使粉體噴射攪拌樁的垂直度符合設(shè)計要求。
e. 攪拌機預(yù)攪下沉，下沉過程中一般不沖水，如遇堅硬土層必須適量沖水時，要報經(jīng)監(jiān)理工程師批準(zhǔn)，并考慮沖水對樁身強度的影響。
f. 預(yù)攪下沉至設(shè)計深度后，起動輸灰泵，將符合質(zhì)量要求的固化材料（水泥或石灰），按設(shè)計用量、次數(shù)、速度，在規(guī)定深度，經(jīng)噴灰口邊續(xù)噴射，攪拌機械連續(xù)攪拌，并提升至距地面0.5m處。
g. 重復(fù)攪拌下沉至樁底，再重復(fù)攪拌提升至距地面0.5m，最后用水泥土回填樁頭，并壓實養(yǎng)護(hù)。
