1 適用范圍
本工藝標準適用于工業與民用建筑工程中的淤泥淤泥質土粘性土粉土砂土
濕陷性黃土人工填土及碎石土等的地基加固既有建筑和新建筑的地基處理深基坑側
壁擋土或擋水基坑底部加固防止管涌與隆起壩的加固與防水帷幕等工程
2 材料準備
2.1 水泥應采用32.5 級或42.5 級普通水泥要求新鮮無結塊一般泥漿水灰比為1 1
1.5 為消除離析一般再加入水泥用量3%的陶土0.9%的堿漿液宜在旋噴前1h 以內配
制使用時濾去硬塊砂石等以免堵塞管路和噴嘴

4 工藝流程
4.1 作業條件
4.1.1 應具有工程地質勘察報告基礎施工圖和施工組織設計
4.1.2 施工場地內的地上和地下障礙物已清除或拆遷
4.1.3 平整場地挖好排漿溝排水溝設置臨時設施
4.1.4 測量放線并設置樁位標志
4.1.5 現場大樣在室內按不同含水量和配合比進行配方試驗已優選出合理的漿液配方
4.1.6 機具設備已配齊進場并進行維修安裝就位進行試運轉進行現場試樁已

4.2 旋噴樁可根據工程情況和機具條件采用單管法二重管法三重管法三種工程應用較
