高強預應力混凝土管樁液壓法施工
上世紀90年代以來,在上海、江蘇沿海灘涂和軟土地區,高強度預應力混凝土管樁已被推廣應用于房屋建筑和橋梁、碼頭等工程中。軟土地基廣泛采用預制樁基礎,用柴油錘擊入樁時噪聲大且拌有濃煙油污,尤其在市區和居民區旁的施工中,有悖于環境和文明施工要求。以液壓法壓入式施工樁工藝替代錘擊,既無噪聲也對環境無任何污染,具有廣泛的應用前景。本文以上海浦東國際機場二期工程北燈光站、昆山淀山湖大自然國際俱樂部工程的樁基工程為例,介紹高強度預應力混凝土管樁的施工方法、設計、施工中應注意的事項及適用條件以及樁的質量控制。
一、工程概況
上海浦東國際機場二期工程北燈光站工程框架結構1層,高度6.6m。位于上海市浦東機場海濱地帶,地質狀況:地面以下2.5-3.5m為機械吹填海砂層,地表平坦,砂層往下為淤泥層,屬沖刷和淤泥環境沉積類型。第四紀軟土厚度較大,特別是第二層的淤泥層,厚度達7.5-11.2m,層面為極具特色的濱海
Prestressed concrete pipe hydraulic construction method
Since the 90s of last century, in Shanghai, Jiangsu coastal beach and the soft soil areas, high-strength prestressed concrete has been applied to housing construction and bridges, piers and other projects.
