1． 范圍

本工藝標(biāo)準(zhǔn)適用于工業(yè)與民用建筑中的打鋼筋混凝土預(yù)制樁工程。
2．施工準(zhǔn)備
2.1  材料及主要機(jī)具：
    2.1.1  預(yù)制鋼筋混凝土樁：規(guī)格質(zhì)量必須符合設(shè)計(jì)要求和施工規(guī)范的規(guī)定，并有出廠合格證。
    2.1.2  焊條（接樁用）：型號(hào)、性能必須符合設(shè)計(jì)要求和有關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的規(guī)定，一般宜用E4303牌號(hào)。
    2.1.3  鋼板（接樁用）：材質(zhì)、規(guī)格符合設(shè)計(jì)要求，宜用低碳鋼。
    2.1.4  主要機(jī)具有：柴油打樁機(jī)、電焊機(jī)、樁帽、運(yùn)樁小車(chē)。索具、鋼絲繩、鋼墊板或槽鋼，以及木折尺等。
    2.2  作業(yè)條件：
    2.2.1  樁基的軸線和標(biāo)高均已測(cè)定完畢，并經(jīng)過(guò)檢查辦了預(yù)檢手續(xù)。樁基的軸線和高程的控制樁，應(yīng)設(shè)置在不受打樁影響的地點(diǎn)，并應(yīng)妥善加以保護(hù)。
    2.2.2  處理完高空和地下的障礙物。如影響鄰近建筑物或構(gòu)筑物的使用或安全時(shí)，應(yīng)會(huì)同有關(guān)單位采取有效措施，予以處理。
    2.2.3  根據(jù)軸線放出樁位線，用木橛或鋼筋頭釘好樁位，并用白灰作標(biāo)志，以便于施打。
    2.2.4  場(chǎng)地應(yīng)碾壓平整，排水暢通，保證樁機(jī)的移動(dòng)和穩(wěn)定垂直。
    2.2.5  打試驗(yàn)樁。施工前必須打試驗(yàn)樁，其數(shù)量木少于2根。確定貫入度并校驗(yàn)打樁設(shè)備、施工工藝以及技術(shù)措施是否適宜。
    2.2.6  要選擇和確定打樁機(jī)進(jìn)出路線和打樁順序，制定施工方案，作好技術(shù)交底。
3．操作工藝
3.1  工藝流程：
 就樁樁機(jī) → 起吊預(yù)制樁 → 穩(wěn)樁 → 打樁 → 接樁 → 送樁 → 

中間檢查驗(yàn)收 → 移樁機(jī)至下一個(gè)樁位  

    3.2  就位樁機(jī)：打樁機(jī)就位時(shí)，應(yīng)對(duì)準(zhǔn)樁位，保證垂
1. Range

2. Construction preparation
2.1 Materials and main equipment:

    2.2 Operating conditions:
    2.2.1 pile axis and elevation have been measured and have been organized through the pre-inspection procedures. Pile axis and the elevation of the control pile, piling should be set without affecting the location, and should be protected properly.

3. Operation Process
3.1 Process:

Intermediate examination and acceptance → Move to the next Pile Driver Pile
