一、 一般要求
1、啟動前應將離合器分離或將變速桿放在空檔位置。確認機械周圍無人和障礙物時，方可作業。
2、行駛中人員不得上下機械和傳遞物件；禁止在陡坡上轉彎、倒車和停車；下坡不準空檔滑行。
3、停車以及在坡道上熄火時，必須將車剎住，刀片、鏟斗落地。
4、鋼絲繩禁止打結使用，如有扭曲、變形、斷絲、銹蝕等應及時更換。
二、挖掘機
1、操作中，進鏟不應過深，提斗不應過猛。一次挖土高度一般不能高于4米。
2、向汽車上卸土應待車子停穩后進行，禁止鏟斗從汽車駕駛室上越過。
3、鏟斗回轉半徑內遇有推土機工作時，應停止作業。
4、行駛時，臂桿應與履帶平行，要制動往回轉機構，鏟斗離地1米左右。上下坡時，坡度不應超過20度。
5、裝運挖掘機時，嚴禁在跳板上轉向和無故停車。上車后應剎住各制動器，放好臂桿和鏟斗。
6、聯接電動挖掘機電源電纜時，必須取出開關箱上的保險絲。
三、液壓挖掘裝載機
1、操縱手柄應平順。臂桿下降時，中途不得突然停頓。
2、行駛時，須將鏟斗和斗柄的油缸活塞桿完全伸

3, hydraulic backhoe loaders
