4、電氣設備和線路必須絕緣良好，電線不得與金屬物綁在一起；各種電動機具必須按規定接零接地，并設
置單一開關；遇有臨時停電或停工休息時，必須拉閘加鎖。
5、施工機械和電氣設備不得帶病運轉和超負荷作業。發現不正常情況應停機檢查，不得在運轉中修理。
6、電氣、儀表、管道和設備試運轉，應嚴格按照單項安全技術措施進行。運轉時不準擦洗和修理，嚴禁將
頭手伸入機械行程范圍內。
7、在架空輸電線路下面工作應停電。不能停電時，應有隔離防護措施。起重機不得在架空輸電線路下面工
作，通過架空輸電線路時應將起重臂落下。在架空輸電線路一側工作時，不論在任何情況下，起重臂、鋼絲
繩或重物等與架空輸電線路的最近距離不小于下表規定：
輸電線路電壓 l千伏以下、 1－20千伏、 35－110千伏 154千
