Ⅲ期河道工程，是海上田園風光旅游區水上街市吉慶廣場的組成部分，是由深圳市海上田園旅游發展公司興建，東南大學建筑設計研究院設計，寶安監理公司監理，深圳市華僑建筑工程公司承建施工的園區項目，全長96米，起點座標為X39981.304 y85174.240 、        X39980.378 y85162.364 ； 終點座標為X40014.075 y85242.754、       X40022.868 y85241.748; 河道寬度11.8～12.3m,其結構形式為:
1、河道二側為L型和倒F型鋼筋砼擋土墻，墻厚30㎝，墻下部基礎采用φ550水泥攪拌樁及回填30㎝厚級配砂碎石墊層，10㎝厚C10砼墊層。
2、河床部分，基底與擋墻下部基礎相同，面層采用M7.5水泥砂漿砌筑200＃塊石，厚度40㎝。
本工程自2001年6月15日開工，并于2001年8月30日完工，總工期歷時74天，工程質量符合設計及國家有關優良標準。

This project since June 15, 2001 started on August 30, 2001 completion, the total duration of 74 days duration, quality consistent with excellent design and the relevant national standards.
