工程地處我國華東錢塘江的支流上,為一發電為主兼顧灌溉,防洪的水利樞紐工程。在壩型比較階段,比較了砼重力壩和粘土心墻砂殼壩兩個方案。后者的樞紐布置如圖1-1所示,壩高81m,壩頂長度370m,設計正常高水位為100m,校核洪水位為102m,大壩典型斷面見圖II-II。大壩屬于二級建筑物。
溢洪道布置在壩址一公里的左岸凹口處(圖中未示),為開敞正槽式,此頂高程為92m,總寬度64m,出口采用差動式鼻坎挑流效能。
引水式電站布置在右岸,引水洞長525m,直徑7m,廠房安裝50MW機組兩臺。
