水泥混凝土路面經(jīng)常出現(xiàn)裂縫，有些路面還是使用高品質的商品混凝土之后出現(xiàn)了裂縫 ，不光外觀難看，甚至影響使用性能，不得不把混凝土板塊打掉重來，造成不必要的材料浪費和經(jīng)濟損失，還會引發(fā)商品混凝土供應企業(yè)與施工企業(yè)之間的經(jīng)濟糾紛。因此，本文試圖就混凝土路面常見的幾種裂縫進行分析、找出原因、設法防治。��
1、龜　裂
1.1　成　因
混凝土路面龜裂亦稱塑性收縮裂縫，是指混凝土澆注后仍處于塑性狀態(tài)時，由于表面水分蒸發(fā)過快而產生的裂縫。這類裂縫縫隙多在表面出現(xiàn)，形成不規(guī)則長短寬窄不一，呈龜裂狀，肉眼可見，深度一般不超過50mm，這種裂縫對結構性能影響不大，但外觀難看。產生的原因 主要是混凝土澆注完畢后表面沒有及時覆蓋，特別是在炎熱或大風天氣混凝土表面水分蒸發(fā)過快，或者是被基礎吸水過快等原因，造成混凝土產生急劇收縮，此時混凝土強度趨近于零 ，不能抵抗這種變形應力而導致開裂。商品混凝土由于為了滿足可泵性、流動性，出機時混凝土的塌落度和砂率比普通混凝土大很多，如道路混凝土施工塌落度規(guī)范為2．5cm，實際往
