XX港位于長江三角洲南翼，XXX北岸，地理位置為北緯30º24'~30º42',東徑120º54'~121º16'，本位于乍浦港二期圍堤西側灘地上，圍堤全長3950m，圍海造陸約297公頃，為2級水工建筑物，防洪（潮）標準為50年一遇，堤頂高程按50年一遇洪(潮)水位加50年一遇風浪，允許越浪考慮，設計堤身頂面高程為8.2m，防浪墻頂高程為9.30m；混合式結構地基打設塑料排水板。主要工程內容有鋪設土工布、鋪碎石墊層、打設塑料排水板、堤身拋石填筑、灌砌塊石擋墻及堤頂砼擋浪墻、砼四腳空塊和螺母塊制作及安放、砼大方腳及支座澆筑、干砌塊石及灌砌塊石護面、堤身土方填筑、堤頂砼路面、內坡砼框格及種植草皮等。本合同段樁號為1+515.23~3+949.62
